– Forgetfulness
Elders who do not get enough sleep can cause their mental state to rapidly deteriorate. There is a direct link between memory and sleep. Poor sleep can cause you to have terrible memory.
– Weight Gain
Studies show that your body’s rate of fat loss can decrease by up to 55% if you are averaging 5 to 6 hours of sleep at night.
– Depression
Chronic insomnia typically causes depression. You can go from having a bad mood, to developing a mood disorder. It is so important to get good sleep!
